          IBM DISPLAYWRITE SERIES COMPATIBILITY WITH PCNET


DISPLAYWRITE  II  is compatible with PCnet and PCnet II  if  used
with  AST  PCnet  software release  Versions  3.01A  (Maintenance
Release) and 3.10 (Production Released).

DISPLAYWRITE   III  is  NOT  currently  compatible  with PCnet or
PCnet II Software Releases.
